Right of return
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the parcel(s).
To make use of your right of return, we ask you to contact us via our Contact us form by choosing the Return category. To proceed with your request, please, follow the instructions.
We ask you to return the product(s) in good condition and using the original product packaging.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, the reimbursement will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. The reimbursement will be received on the same payment method used to place the order in the first place. In case you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost.
Keston Australia will pay you back with the same currency with which you have paid, unless another method is agreed upon with us.
You will bear the cost of return shipping. Keston Australia will not provide return labels.
In case the products are received damaged due to an unsafe or inattentive return shipment, you might be charged a fee that will be deducted from your reimbursement.
